Thank You, Father, for this new day of life. Thank You for my sleep through the night and for the rain that came and watered the earth! I pray for a good day, one in which I enjoy a clean heart You give me and walk by the Spirit You put in me! The Holy Spirit of life! So I ask You, please, to create in me a clean heart, to give me a new heart, and to put Your Spirit within me this morning! I want to shine for Jesus! Please bring others to join us in our call and speak to the heart of each one as we read about how we should share His power! I cannot tell anyone anything, but I have an iPad that speaks for me, a boogie board on which I can write, and a smile that I can share. What stood out to me in the reading we shared with others was this:
“Christ wants His followers to be like Him, because He desires to be correctly represented in the family circle, in the church, and in the world. We are to accept Christ as our efficiency, our strength, that we may reveal His character to the world. This is the work resting upon us as Christians.”
I thought as I read this, we need power, grace from on high to live this out! And the beauty is that all we need to do is ask!
